Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness group classes are based on a model of Constantly Varied, Functional Movements done at High Intensity.

This class is a no worry fitness experience. You don’t have to think about what you’ll be doing when you get to the gym. From the warmup, skills/strength and workout, we take care of all the programming for the class. Our Coaches lead you through each part of the class ensuring you know how to do the movements safely. The Coaches will help you select an appropriate intensity level for the workout (scaling). The Coaches will also monitor your movement form throughout the class assuring you stay safe and injury free–we take pride in our ability to keep you moving with proper form.

If you’re an experienced Functional Fitness athlete you are welcome to join any of our classes–just let us know where you trained. If you’re new to Functional Fitness we’ll ask you start with our No Sweat Introduction before you move on to the OnRamp program where we can introduce you to the Foundational Movements we use in our programming, while customizing any movements that need it to meet your current fitness levels.
