Rolfing® is the name for the original system of neuro-fascial therapy developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf. Rolfing can and does make dramatic changes in a person’s physical structure. Fascial Movement Taping
Fascial Movement Taping (FMT) supports the body while allowing it to move freely. Unlike a bracing type of taping, athletic tape for instance, this tape is especially made to lift the skin and the layer of fascia that lies just below the skin. Too often we start a new regime or sport and end up exacerbating a movement flaw and injuring ourselves.
